aub8 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the aub8 platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and aub8.

aub8 is an online gaming platform that offers slot games, cricket betting, live casino, fishing games, basketball betting, and various other gaming entertainment for players in Bangladesh.

By using this platform, you understand that online gaming carries financial risk and should be played for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should not be considered a way to solve financial problems.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, aub8's interpretation shall be considered final.

Registering an account on aub8 is completely free. Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The following conditions apply:

• The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide must be entirely truthful.
• An account created with false information may be closed at any time.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Sharing or transferring your account details to any other person is prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify aub8 support immediately.

By registering on aub8, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

If it is found that a member is under 21 years of age, then:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All funds held in that account and any winnings will be forfeited.
• Any bonuses received will be considered void.

aub8 uses the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

aub8 currently supports the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must be sent only from your own payment account.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met before any withdrawal request.
• In cases of unusual transactions, aub8 may request additional information for verification.

aub8 reserves the right to verify or reject any transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

aub8 offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, total balance ৳17,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated in the offer notice.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• aub8 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in cases of fraudulent bonus use.
• aub8 reserves the right to change bonus terms; changes will be announced.

All games on aub8 are operated fairly and transparently. Please read the individual rules of each game carefully before playing.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• aub8 reserves the right to void bets accepted at odds that were incorrectly created due to a technical error.

Casino Games

• All games are operated through reliable third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe, among others.
• aub8 is not liable if your internet connection is lost during a game; however, our system saves game results.
• In any abnormal situation caused by a technical error, aub8 may void the relevant round.

VIP Program

aub8's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.

The following activities are completely prohibited on aub8:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Making deposits using stolen, illegal, or another person's payment account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or run any malicious software on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Concealing any system bug or error and exploiting it for gain.

aub8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Prolonged inactivity.

Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

• Loss caused by your account details being exposed to others, if that occurred due to your own negligence.
